Moody & Associates Law Office, LLC is Middle Georgia's Premier Estate Planning Law Firm. We are experienced in all estate matters and assist clients in creating lasting legacies through tailored estate planning. We also handle all matters involving the Probate Court, whether it is probating someone's estate or petitioning for guardianship and/or conservatorship of someone who can no longer take care of their own matters. We specialize in: asset protection, estate planning & special needs planning, forming legal entitles & businesses, probates, guardianship/conservatorship, and estate administration. We are formidable advocates for the elderly, orphans, and the disabled.

The staff holds very dear to their hearts, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, Talents Empowered. Talents Empowered is based on the parable in chapter 25 of the book of Matthew and its goal is to empower people who demonstrate a keen desire to use their talents to help others. TE's vision is that the young people they assist will take their education and talents and return to their communities as leaders. The combination of their donations with the donations of people in the community, enables TE to support people and projects in impoverished countries as well as local missions.
