Annual Meeting

The Perry Area Chamber of Commerce was established in 1955 as the largest business organization in the Perry area. Since then, the Perry Chamber has been holding an Annual Meeting to recognize people who have made outstanding contributions to the Chamber and the community. During the annual meeting, awards are given, outgoing board members are recognized and the gavel is handed to the new Chairman of the Board.

Awards will be given for the following:

• Diplomat of the Year, sponsored by Acres and Oak Kitchen
• The James E. Worrall Volunteer of the Year, sponsored by Synovus Bank
• Golden Nail Award, sponsored by Persons Bank
• The Seabie Hickson Community Service Award, sponsored by Morris Bank
